Hi, Wouter,
you're quite right a sport marketing manager is a sport promoter .
Use sport ad a media . So if you need to raise brand awareness you plan sport sponsorhip programs . If your goal is to promote a product you may use
sport testimonials as ambassadors to promote the product or you mau use big sport events where you can showcase in a sport contest your product which needs to be sport related /conencted and so forth....
I can send you some project if you want to look deeper into it.let me know.

Hello Patrizia,

I am just curious and maybe looking for a job change to sports marketing. But what does a sports marketeer do. Is it like any normal company marketeer, but then with a cool product like sports? Thanks! Wouter (planner at an advertising agency)

Hi P,

The core business is selling syndicated feeds of the rugby union content on the site to other rugby related businesses to help them attract search engine traffic and give people a reason to keep going back to their site.

Cheers
